I know you have all waited for this moment for oh so long, but I thought I would share with you the highlights of General Conference. Saturday Morning Session
Jeffrey R. Holland
-Pray for the individtuals
-Spread the word of Jesus Christ
-Express Gratitude
-Make sacrifices for the ones you love
-Be determined to be more kind

Rosemary Wixom
-Read Scriptures Daily, personally and as a family
-Teach your children about Prayer and the power it holds. It is truely a communication with God.

Claudio R. M. Costa
-Importance of Latter Day Prophets
-Follow them and be blessed

David McConkie
-Immerse yourself in the scriptures
-Inquire from the Lord what you are to do.
-Seek heaven's help
-Exercise our agency in a manner pleasing to the Lord.

-Priesthood Power has the ability to protect us from Satan's grasp and power.
-Watch and pray continually
-If you are bound by sin, you MUST stop. Angels and the brethren of the Church will help you. The healing power of the atonement is real.
-Forgive yourself and then move on with your life. Continue progressing towards God.

I know that the things spoken of over the last two days are truly the words of the Lord and what he would have for us to know for the next six months. I know that I have a lot to apply to my life and I will be beginning to do these things that I know are true. I know that the Father lives and loves me. I know that he has blessed my life immensely through the gospel. It is more than just a religion. If used correctly, the gospel can affect every facet of our lives. I know that Jesus Christ did atone for our sins and allows us a way to return to him. I love this gospel and the joy it brings to my life!
