Hello Mikayla,

 

We are pleased to offer you a position with the Dept. of Academic Technology Services. 

 

Although the job posting said the starting date of the job is October 21^st, the position is particularly for the coming Winter Semester.  If you are OK with that, we would like you to put in approx 20 hours of training during this current semester so that you will be up and running when you come to work in January.  

 

If you accept this arrangement, reply to this email and let me know.  Also, at your earliest convenience, come to MCK 321 and talk with our Dept. Secretary, Lylene Bennett.  She will work with you on the hiring process.

 

Once you are officially hired, you will schedule to meet with Benjamin Betts, the STC Lead Student, and he will begin the training procedure.

 

It is good to have you with us.  We are excited to make use of your talents.
