It's the small things really.

Sometimes, you need a snapchat filter that you fall in love with and 

always use that forever and always. 

Also, My hair is blonde...and I kinda like it!

Then I get reminders that I am good, smart and talented.

Today at work, I got a summary email for my teaching evaluations. 

I got extremely high marks. 

I brushed it off,

but when I was struggling the most, it was a gentle reminder that I was good. 

I am talented. 

I am smart.

I am skilled. 

I am kind. 

I am good.
